We are looking for a qualified Chapter Administration to join one of the biggest Entrepreneur Communities in the world for Jakarta Chapter. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced handling event, managing database, social media, PR and design, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to engage members of communities through events and others supporting activities. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. You will responsible for:
  • Support the local Board

  • Manage chapter membership using in-house database.

  • Ensure chapter members informed through email/phone communications.

  • Act as a main point of communication between the chapter members and Chapter Board

  • Coordinate meetings between chapter members and members of the Board

  • Answer local/other chapter member inquiries by phone or email

  • Organize and participate in chapter, regional and global events.

  • Coordinate with departemen leader to achieve monthly goals and stay updated.

  • Build relationships with members, potential members, industry professionals and vendors.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts

  • Respond to comments and customer/ members queries in a timely manner

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

Persyaratan



  • Proven work experience as a administrative/ support fuction

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events and/ handle RSVP guest).

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands.

  • Understand the backend of WordPress platform.

  • Knowledge of social media
