Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Play a key role in conceptualizing the visual of learning video that aligns with the target audience and course content.
- Take charge building studio setting. You will need to be able to plan and responsible of the whole property arrangement within budgetary restraints. Might need to find and hire vendors as well.
- Work closely with all production team such as scriptwriter, producer, talent, etc.
- Able to guide and direct video and photoshoots, assist the post-production team to ensure the output is delivered with the highest levels of creativity and production value that meets company standard.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Design, Film, Media, Communications, a related field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience as Creative, Producer Assistance or Creative Director at a broadcasting/ television company, an advertising agency, or branded content production company.
- Demonstrated history of high-quality, high-impact video content creation or design showreel.
- Have a moderate to a deep understanding of established and emerging trends in content consumption and audience habits, having passion in education is a plus.
- Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to direct multiple projects under tight deadlines.
