Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face-to-face interactions with customers;
- Invite customers to EF center and give professional consultations to introduce EF English courses and study plan according to customers’ need.
- To describe EF’s learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales targets.
- To fully understand EF’s products and programs, comply with standardized sales policies and processes and to actively participate in ongoing sales training programs and seminars.
- Work with other department to ensure customers get good study experience.
- Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student’s sales.
Develop, participate and execute marketing campaigns and sales events such as EF Expo, EF Open House, EF School Visit, EF Open Table, EF Life Club etc.;
Persyaratan
- Requirements:
- Female / Male, maximum 30 years old
- University graduate, Diploma/Bachelor degree in related filed or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented
- Self-motivated; flexible; able to work under pressure
- Good organizational and English communication skills
- Pleasant personality
