Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 


Key Responsibilities:

Consumer journey touchpoints mapping, analyzing, and maximizing communications and commercial opportunities.


Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively especially from a marketing demand generation perspective.


Communicate relevant information to the users: Promotions, campaigns, changes, issues, maintenance, etc.


Working closely with the operations team to ensure that SOPs and strategy are adopted.


Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability by upselling and cross-selling marketing strategy.


Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost, automated, and measurable mediums such as email, SMS, Push notification, in-app assets, and digital advertising.


Methodically testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.


Constantly optimizing CRM by measuring key metrics including click-through rate, open rate, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, bounce rate, database growth, transactions, and revenue.


As a subject-matter-expert, represent the company in interactions with CRM experts and stay ahead of any changes and trends in the world of CRM.


Collaborate with relevant team and department to oversee email calendar and craft high-conversion email campaigns from strategy development all the way through to segmentation, creating, reporting and analysis.









Persyaratan



Required Skill(s):
3+ years’ experience in database management. Previous experience in using Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud is a big plus,
Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
