Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Daily checking the customer data whose payment period will be due soon at app, contact the customer to make payment immediately
- Daily checking and control the payment from customer at maturity in the app system
- Daily Collect the outstanding repayment from customers through call
- Negotiate and push customers to make repayment
- Support collection department to trace and collect detail data of customers that skip from repayment
- Analyse and trace using all possible way to get detail and original data of customers
- Handling question and complain from the customer
Persyaratan
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Candidate must posses at lest high school in any field from reputable
- Required Language: English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Must be have 1 years of working experience in call center and data verification for Banking or app online financial service or related field is required for this position.
- Required Skills: Collection, Negotiation, SkipTracer, Customer Data Management.
- Required Computer skill: Microsoft Office, Internet, familiar with E-commerce and online shop
- Candidate must be smart people, interested with new things, Indonesian
- young people representing a new era.
- Have a good communication skill (not regional accent) and high responsibilty.
- Can work underpressure, detailed and accurate, meet target
