– Ownership of marketing budget with responsibility to prove ROI on all spend
– Act as customer champion, using data and evidence to shape marketing strategy
– Drive acquisition of traffic through organic initiatives
– Manage a team of four (4) associates and improve their performance through constant feedback and evaluation
– Execute on special projects to increase awareness, reach and conversion
– Coordinate with Product Managers to develop marketing plan
– Conduct market research to understand trends in fintech industry
