Deskripsi Pekerjaan




  • Manage the overall new local product including Idea, market study, competitor analysis, product selection, pricing, distribution strategy

  • Cordinate overall visual including packing, product picture, visual dsiplay etc

  • Responsible for supplier negotiation budget plan and sales forecast

  • Prepare and conduct internal product training to ensure adequate product training to all relevant personnel

  • Monitor sales from local procurement and overall market feedback

  • Oversees the product lifecycle management

  • Closely monitor the sales and inventory level to ensure efficient inventory and working capital management

  • Develop effective pricing strategy and manage the execution to maximize overall financial return

  • Periodically review the product portfolio and benckmark the product competitiveness to to decide on potential action plan including but not limited to product upgrade, price adjusment, retirement

  • Supplier relationship management
