Desk Collection Quality Junior Analyst
Job Description
- Conduct quality evaluation for Desk CRS Operator by doing silent monitoring of phone calls based on a particular standard and prepareanalyst reports to provide suggestions for improvements based on the results of the reports
- Deliver feedback to Desk CRS Operator based on quality evaluation to improve Desk CRS performance
- Participate in calibration and mini calibration meeting to give information about phone call quality.
- As quality representative in morning briefing & on the floor meeting to monitor the information given is accordance with current situation and policy procedure
Minimum Qualifications
- Logical thinking, patience, attention to details
- Ability to workprocess big amount of data
- Computer / PC skill
- Intermediate English as an advantage
- Independent
- Responsible
- Problem solver
- Good Communication skills
