HR Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure performance management by implementing performance appraisal and orientation period.
- To update the training matrix, training skill matrix, training record.
- To contact provider of training (Trainer) for process of training schedule and payment.
- To make and type the schedule of Training Program of Company.
- To ensure the training was effective with conduct the training evaluations for each training.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Having general understanding, knowledge and experience in HR field such as recruitment; training; compensation, organizational development and personnel data management.
- Strong knowledge and experience in industrial relation matter as well the application of Manpower Regulation is more preferable.
- A team worker and possess strong analytical mind.
Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design of offshore oil & gas production facilities by developing electrical design criteria, specifications, and datasheets.
- Performing electrical analysis using proprietary software or manual calculation to support ongoing projects.
- Performing electrical calculations, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Min. bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Power System).
- At least 10 years of applicable experience in electrical engineering design including greenfield and brownfield modification and construction of offshore oil and gas production facilities.
- Well versed with ETAP software.
Accounting and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking the progress of client payments, and follow up any outstanding account receivables.
- Making Daily Transactions including: a) AP & AR Processing/Records b) Journaling c) Financial statements
- Maintain filling system of related documents
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Candidate must possess at Bachelor of Accountancy from a reputable university
- at least 1 years having experience as Accounting
- Experience in accounting and tax would be an advantage
- Minimum training required: Zahir, Brevet A & B
- Must possess analytical skills
