- You don’t need a specific degree background – this is an area where your personality will set you apart. You need to be Fluent in English and you also need to be a Fresh Graduate or professional with experience not more than 2 years.
- It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you’ll need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. A deep sense of logic, ambition, organisational and analytical skills, and head for figures is what we are looking for. You will also need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme as your rotations could be based at different areas across Indonesia.
