Management Development Program is one of our fast track career program for potential candidates to be our future management’s team. The program is consist of a series in class training, well structured leasing company curriculum and also on the job training in our branch office. The program will also encourage individuals to be Future Leader in Sinarmas Multifinance Company with good communication skills, strong leadership and eager to be success in Multifinance Company.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing marketing and collection strategy
- Developing and implementing sales and collection plan
- Managing and monitoring the performance of all team, make sure the targets are achieved
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
- Building good relationship with Associate Partner and Bussiness Partner
- Recruiting the team for branch office (optional)
Persyaratan
- Laki – Laki
- Minimum CGPA 3.00
- Maximum 30 years old
- Good looking
- Having good knowledge about Multifinance Company
- Having strong leadership, interpersonal skill, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Preferably having 1 year experience as Leader (Sales or Collection) in Multifinance Company
- Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
