SARAH (Skill & Ability Readiness through Apprenticeship) is a proactive effort to provide a continuous supply of manpower to replace employees entering retirement. This program comprises 1 month in house training and 2 months on the job training tandem with employees. Those employees will be your buddies to teach you technical skills in the shop floor. At the end of the program after evaluating your performance and competency development progress, the best participants will be nominated as successor of our employees.

Persyaratan




Requirements :


  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • GPA >3.0

  • Experience in manufacturing

  • Commit to have minimum 3 months on the job training

  • Good written and verbal english communication skill

  • Fresh graduate are welcome
