Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Has a detailed list of all company assets per type specified
- Control the management of assets in each division
- Knowing and being responsible for the position of the existence and distribution of assets
- Have calculations and analysis related to assets managed
- Perform corrective actions against irregularities that occur in the use / distribution of assets
- Control the possibility of irresponsible / lost asset use
- Take precautionary measures to secure assets if the situation is in an emergency or dangerous situation
- Coordinating with other divisions or parties if needed related to the condition of lost assets / whereabouts are unknown
- Monitoring and reviewing demand for goods related to stock availability
- Provide positive operational inputs to user / management
- Make an Asset Distribution Report per week
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and prevention of asset damage
- Provide weekly accountability reports to Team Leader and all divisions that need asset information
Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Business from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Strong with numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Analytically and strategically minded
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Min 2+ years successful asset management experience
- Preferable exp of warehousing/related
