- Creative and patient with children
- Enjoys working with children
- Familiar with all school subjects (preschool/primary/secondary)
- Is highly motivated, achievements oriented and has genuine intent to develop self and others
- Experienced in teaching is preferable
- Willingness to move around within these areas : Puri, Green Garden, Intercon, Kedoya, Meruya, Pesanggrahan, Green Lake City etc
