- Manage labour to achieve output target.
- Manage production process according to existing SOP, and solve problems.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, with minimal GPA: 3.25
- Have minimum 2 years experience in manufacture, preferable from offset printing industry.
- Have deep analytical thinking and able to solve problem.
- Have excellent communication skill, strong leadership and firm personality.
- Have ability in foreign language will be advantages, e.g: English & Mandarin.
- Willing to be placed in Mojosari – East Java plant (transportation from Surabaya / Sidoarjo will provide by company).
