Job Description:
- Planning, Coordinating, directing project team personel
- Engaged in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and work system on site project.
- Preparing and updating MEP Project plans, guiding and monitoring the execution, ensuring time and cost within estimation, quality and safety as per project specific plans.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the project to achieve on time completion of the project.
- Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the days running of the project.
- Ensure all technical aspects of the project are strictly complied with the contract.
Persyaratan
Requirement:
- Male
- Maximum 37 Years old.
- Must posses at least S1 Teknik Sipil/Teknik Elektro.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Project Manager, handling MEP at high risk building project.
- Having knowledge and highly expertise in project management.
- Good Knowledge of Building Methods and Regulation.
- Have Strong Leadership and Good Communication skill.
- Strong Analytical ability and Proactive.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a must.
- Willing to be located in any place of Indonesia (or outside Indonesia, if needed).
