- Create and do quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Persyaratan
- Industrial Engineering / Chemical / Pharmaceutical Vocational High School
- Minimum 1 years experience in related as Quality Management Control or Quality&HSE Management Representative or Quality Assurance Staff in Pharmacies/ Cosmetics Industries
- Minimum 3 years experience as Internal Auditor ISO and HSE (certified).
- Certified as AK3 Umum is advantage
- Having passion in evaluating and analyse procedure and data and implement in field.
- Strong analytic, detail oriented, organized, self motivation, and having a “Service Excellence” attitude.
- Able to work document and field.
