- As a research and development staff, you will be responsible for product development and observation to bring up new product variants. You will be responsible for all product observation and’ testing processes up to the selection of product packaging. besides that you also have to make reports and recommendations from the results of research to be conducted. You must have the ability of a researcher, an analyst, and a problem solver
Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or any related
- Able to do develop and found new products.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required (preferably from food and beverages coffe, any variant of bubble drinks, and meatball)
- Excellent knowedge and technical skills on food and beverages industries
- Strong problem solving skils and creative and innovation thinking to be able to deal with limited resources
- High standards for quality and integrity relevant to academic background
- Willing to do costumer visit and other pojects
