Deskripsi Pekerjaan
-Lead a team of test engineers to perform all quality aspects of products being shipped.
-Plan, prioritize, and assign appropriate test engineers and resources under his/her leadership to ensure the team provides accurate time
estimation, monitor progress, and ensure completion and delivery of tasks.
-Make necessary changes and trade-offs along the way to meet the required scope and delivery time.
-Make sure team members are successful in testing, verification, and bug finding activities.
-Develop and mentor technical strengths and inter-personal skills of up to 10 STEs and 5 SDETs based on their professional goals.
-Identify skills that are missing in his/her team, creates a plan to address them and provide continuous feedback to his/her team to improve their
skills and performance.
-Lead the streamlining and optimization of various QA processes.
– Work with other development teams for quality efforts and issues that are multidisciplinary.
