The Individual Special Education Teacher (ISET) will facilitate learning process and interactive discussion in one on one setting. The ISET will encourage and improve his / her student’s development by making Individual Education Plan (IEP) that suit his/her need, in order to be succeed in inclusive settings.
- Coordinating and discussing with class teacher to plan the student’s learning process, as well as his / her behavior management’s plan in regular class.
- Making Individual Education Plan (IEP) in coordination with class teacher and parent.
- Differentiating learning process or making adjustment of learning outcomes based on students’ need.
- Assessing student’s performance according to his/her best mode of learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor Degree in Special Education, Education, or Psychology.
- Having special interest in Child Development and Special Education Need (SEN) student.
- Preferably having 1 year experience working with SEN student.
