- Offer Employee Benefit products to Prospective Clients
- Form an extensive network in order to get referrals
- Have and find a quality data base
- Handle cases from all channels: Founder, Captive and other distribution channels
- To implement the strategic sales plan and monitor overall sales performance assigned in order to achieve agreed business plan
- To develop and maintain good communication and relationship with clients
- To responsible in recruiting, leading as mentor, and personal development in team
- To provide the sales report
- To establish relationship with new clients
Persyaratan
- Man or Woman
- Age Maximum 35 Years
- Minimum third Diploma from a Respectable University
- Experience in Marketing minimum of 3 years in Employee Benefit products (Group Health, Group Life, Group PA, DPLK.SAVING)
- Having DPLK certification, it is preferred
- Have excellent communication and an extensive network
- Fluent in English, Good Presentation and Negotiation skills,
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point,
- Attractive appearance, Good Analytical, Targets oriented and has a good sales spirit
