Responsibilities:




• Responsible for leading the growth of business development


• Prospect and plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company


• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to potential client’s objectives


• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales


• Creating weekly/monthly creative event that meets current trends


• Work with partner to fulfill events or exhibition


• Own the marketing event budget and make conscientious and calculated decisions on marketing spend


• Liaise with event sponsors to support the success of company event


• Responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of marketing activities















Persyaratan



Requirements:

• Male/Female, single, maximum 30 years old


• Have more than 3 years of Marketing and New Business Development experiences, preferably in the relevant industry, such us Hospitality, Recreation Area and F&B


• Graduate from Business Management, Marketing or related field


• Good looking.


• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.


• Fast learner, creative and could bring fresh idea


• Keep on global update and market trends


• Strong communication skill. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques


• Sales oriented quipped with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills


• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure


• Knowledge in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point is fundamental
