Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop a long-term and day-to-day branding & content strategy related to image building,media relations and all Mentari Mulia Berjangka’s communication campaign.
- Development of content in line with Mentari Mulia Berjangka value and key messages.
- Development of content to be used for Mentari Mulia Berjangka national marketing communication materials.
- Figure out how to tell a story about Mentari Mulia Berjangka, ways to get eyeballs on what created.
- Assist national and local marketing team for events/ activites support (content development & on-site assistance).
- Work together with Marketing & Sales team to optimize Customer Experience and ensure Brand consistency
- Drive high-impact projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
- Work on ad-hoc ecommerce marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for branding and market growth
- Identify and work closely with 3rd party agencies to support the plan if needed.
Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing/Information Technology/Media Communication, or related discipline,
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Indonesian and English languages.
- Ability to conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related analysis to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group
- Exceptional data analytics and conceptual thinking skills.
- Good organization and planning skills
- Analyze, observe and monitor market trends skills.
- Good in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Love challenges and a good team player
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies & best practices.
- May entitle incentive for outstanding performance.
