You will: Provide student advice and support to assist students in maintaining wellbeing and focus throughout their learning journey. You will deliver exceptional outcomes for the PT CQU Executive Business Training Centre customers by providing advice, direction and support to customers ‘at the front line’; receiving and managing enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face; triaging enquiries based on your knowledge of the Centre’s functions, processes and systems. You help facilitate the enrolment of students; and assist the wider team in effectively resolving customer enquiries. You will have a strong customer service focus, and you will utilise your well-developed people skills to ensure students receive a positive impression of the PT CQU Executive Business Training Centre. | |
You are responsible for: | |
· | Answering and responding to phone, electronic and face-to-face requests from all customers, identify problems over a range of areas, and resolving general enquiries within the agreed service target timeframes. More complex enquiries are escalated to the relevant specialist area for resolution. |
· | Providing excellent customer service to our student community and stakeholders. |
· | Accurate and timely data entry of prospective and current student enquiries from all channels to establish an accurate student body profile. |
· | Reporting, records updating and data cleansing by maintaining and processing a range of student related data. |
· | Assisting with the processing and maintenance of a range of student financial data including processing of withdrawals, cancellations, and associated adjustments to student financial status and information. |
· | Administrative duties relating to fee agreements, refund requests and fee waivers. |
· | Contacting Company stakeholders and current students via appropriate channels to achieve retention and customer satisfaction objectives. |
· | Undertaking general office administrative duties that facilitate the daily operations of the Training Centre and participating in student engagement activities to achieve desired outcomes. |
· | Providing a broad range of administrative support to academic staff to ensure the smooth delivery of training courses. |
