Deskripsi Pekerjaan




  • Supporting the Sales Engineering team in giving technical assistance, advice, and solutions to customer

  • After sales service (product maintenance and troubleshooting)


 

*there will be a training to Italy for the new team member!






Persyaratan




  • Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology with Hardware experience.

  • Skills of microelectronics and digital electronics (including firmware, interfacing)

  • Understand Telematics (GPS, sensor, actuator)

  • Excellent in Ms. Excel (formulas and data processing)

  • Understand QC ITP Process is a plus

  • Fluent English (recommended TOEFL ITP: 500)

  • Good understanding of subscription management is a plus

  • Understand autoCAD electric drawing is a plus
