Job Description
- Manage the whole ticketing department to achieve high level of efficiency
- Manage company service level quality and minimize complaint
- Improve subordinate industry knowledge by creating internal training
- Maintain relationship with the airliners
- Manage client’s corporate rate & traveler profiles
- Liaise with Operations Head to maintain SOP up to date
- Manage all setting and Clients set up in GDS
Persyaratan
Qualifications:
- S1 Pariwisata
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
- Ticketing & GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) knowledge is a must
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle VIP customers with complicated international routes
