Job Description


  • Manage the whole ticketing department to achieve high level of efficiency

  • Manage company service level quality and minimize complaint

  • Improve subordinate industry knowledge by creating internal training

  • Maintain relationship with the airliners

  • Manage client’s corporate rate & traveler profiles

  • Liaise with Operations Head to maintain SOP up to date

  • Manage all setting and Clients set up in GDS







Persyaratan



Qualifications:


  • S1 Pariwisata

  • Minimum 5 years experience

  • Good Leadership and Managerial Skill

  • Ticketing & GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) knowledge is a must

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to handle VIP customers with complicated international routes
