1. As a Wedding Organizer Sales (first 3 months of work)

-Sell WO Package


-Create Sales and marketing strategy


-Maximize revenue revenue against budget


-Monitor wedding pace and report to upper maagement


-Create weekly/monthly sales report


-make proposal and contract for customers


-Introduce proper vendor to client according to its request


-Build good relationship with wedding customers, vendors, hotels and other business oartners with effective communication through meeting, phone call, email and any other means, etc.


-Share current wedding trends and economic factors


-Handle customer’s response/ complaints and resolve problem


-Preparation and execution for wedding date


-WO coordination and administration


2. As a Wedding Organizer Coordinator (After 3 months of working)


-Plan and prepare for wedding date with clients and vendors


-Execution for wedding date as PIC/ crew WO


-Create rundown


-WO Administration


-Assist hotel wedding sales in general


-Administration for hotel wedding sales








Persyaratan



  • Bachelor Degree in any major

  • Experienced in Hospitality Industry or Wedding Organizer for at least 3 years

  • Fluent English

  • Good communication, management, and leadership skills

  • Fast learner, pay attention to details, easy going

  • Willing to work on weekend if needed
