1. Procurement Officer HO (Raw Material Local/Import)
Tanggung jawab:
- Mencari min 3 vendor untuk di compare
- Membuat PO untuk Raw Mat & kemasan lokal maupun impor
- Melakukan pembelian Raw Mat & kemasan sesuai permintaan
- Memonitor pembelian barang sesuai dengan jadwal
- Melakukan audit ke vendor tiap tahun
- Melakukan meeting koordinasi dengan departemen PPIC, RnD, dan QC
Kualifikasi:
- Laki-Laki/Perempuan, maks. 30 tahun
- Min. lulusan S1 Farmasi
- Punya pengalama min. 2 tahun diposisi yang sama lebih disukai. Tapi buat kalian freshgraduate dengan kemauan belajar dipersilahkan
- Familiar dengan ISO 9001 : 2015 dan sistem SAP
- Dapat melakukan negosiasi, analisis, orientasi terhadap hasil, bisa bekerja dengan target dan dibawah tekanan, bisa bekerja secarat tim/individu
- Dapat mengoperasikan Excel (lookup dan pivot table)
- Penempatan Head Office
2. TSR Livestock Equipment
Requirements:
- Male, max 30 years old (must)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry.
- Experience at least mininum 1 – 2 years in the related field is required for this position. (Freshgraduate considered)
- Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office, good communication, discipline, can achieve target.
- Able to drive and has driver license A (must)
- Have knowledge and selling skills about livestock equipment.
- Have android phone min RAM 3GB for internal software (must).
- Domicile in Lampung.
- Placement in Lampung.
3. Accounting Staff
Responsibilities:
- Doing stock opname
- Make trial balence
- Make sure reconcile saldo transaction for internal every months
- Make and delivery report of PPN and PPh, and make sure the tax apllied in cabang and depo.
- Doing filling documents about financial company.
- Make reports about cost item, aging sales, and costing cabang.
- Doing assets mutation.
Requirements:
- Male, max 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s) : Microsoft Office (especially excel), SAP system.
- Willing to work overtime also on Saturday as a loyality.
- Domicile in Banjarbaru/Banjarmasin
- Placement in Banjarbaru, South Borneo.
4. Veterinarian Sales Representative
Requirements
- Male/Female (Max. 30 years old)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree Veterinary
- Experienced 1 year in the same position (Fresh Graduate are wellcome)
- Have Driver License A and C (Point Plus)
- Good communication, can work with team or individually
- Have competency in chicken maintenance and pharmacology
- Willing to be placed in all region Indoneia
- Have Android phone with min RAM 3 GB (For internal software)
