Project Control Manager
Requirements


  • Age around 30-40 years old

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering.

  • Holds around 5-10 years of experience as Project Control / Project Coordinator / Scheduler especially in Oil and Gas project.

  • Have good project technical knowledge in the fields of Oil and Gas.

  • Experienced in controlling and scheduling projects with Critical Path Method (CPM) and able to use Microsoft Project programs or similar.

  • Have experience with EPC / EPCC Contractor Management.

  • Able to analyze project data / status.

  • Possess expertise certification SKA Ahli Madya in project administration and project control.

  • Have work knowledge about how to recognize and evaluate risks, hazards, losses and their effects.

  • Have high leadership and managerial skills.

  • Willing to work under pressure / target.

  • Able to be assertive and quick in making decisions.

  • Willing to be placed on the site project (outside the island of Java).

Project Manager
Requirements

  • Maximum age of 40 years old

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering.

  • Holds around 5-10 years of experience as Project Manager / Site Manager in medium to upper scale construction projects.

  • Preferably have minimum 5-10 years of experience in EPC / EPCC projects in the Oil and gas industry or industrial building such as Warehouse / Factory.

  • Have good understanding and ability in the field of Project Management (scope, risk, cost, HR, procurement, quality, communication, and professional ethics).

  • Possess expertise certification SKA Ahli Madya in Project Management.

  • Have good knowledge about the concept of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and able to apply it.

  • Have technical understanding related to BP MIGAS and other government regulations related to the oil and gas industry.

  • Have high leadership and managerial skills.

  • Willing to work under pressure / target.

  • Able to be assertive and quick in making decisions.

  • Willing to be placed on the site project (outside the island of Java).
