1. Accounting Manager
Qualification
- Position requires a 4-year college or university degree in accounting.
- Must have proven record of success and accomplishments at lower levels, preferably with prior supervisory experience.
- Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and superior communication skills.
- Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving, and human relations skills are also necessary.
- 6-8 years of accounting experience is required.
- As the position requires working knowledge of tax laws in Indonesia, experience in tax is required as well.
- Exposure in SAP environment – FICO required.
- Professionally certified accountants (CPA/CMA) are preferred.
- Placement: West Java
2. EHS Manager for Safety
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in an appropriate discipline (consideration will be given to equivalent environmental/health/safety experience)
- AK3 Umum certification.
- In-depth knowledge of K3 and company safety regulations.
- 2 to 7 years of environmental/health/safety experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
- Placement: Batam
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiar with company policies and procedures with a strong department background.
- Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to perform complex assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
