IT Programmer Analyst
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Deliver critical business applications (Web, Mobile, Etc.) used in day-to-day business operations.
- Design and develop critical IT solutions / business applications that meet business requirements;
- Plan and coach business through master data definition, cleansing, integrity check, and upload exercises;
- Plan and perform individual unit testing and SIT; plan and coach business through UAT preparation and execution cycle, track and resolve issues throughout the project’s quality cycle;
- Plan and provide Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide assistance during end user training sessions as needed;
- Plan and execute Soft Go Live and Go Live Cutover, including the necessary post production support;
- Prepare all relevant material, documentation, notes, and updates according to Japfa IT Project Management methodology.
- Plan and execute continuous improvements beyond the initial project’s go live;
- Partner with business and IT to deliver high quality IT project according to Japfa’s quality standard and project methodology.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, and/or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.20 from leading Universities;
- Open to Fresh Graduates and Early Career Individuals who are motivated, career-minded, and results oriented;
- Proficiency in RDBMS, RDBMS with Oracle Database in preferred
- Proficiency in JAVA Programming, Oracle APEX is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Bahasa; Working knowledge of Chinese language is a plus;
- Willing to travel domestically and abroad (Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, India, China, and Singapore.)
- Willing to be placed: Jakarta
