1. Accounting Staff
Job Description
- Provide all financial and accounting requested and report
- Manage company cash flow
- Responsible in company payment
Requirements
- Minimum diploma degree, fresh graduate are wellcome to apply
- Will be advantage if any working experience in the related filed
- Preferably specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Familiar with accounting system/software
- Can work under pressure
- Can join as soon as possible
2. Customer Care
Job Description
- Manage all user inquiries coming in from various channel including but not limited to chat, email, call and messaging platform
- Ensure end to end fulfillment of all customer orders
- Design and optimize new and existing customer service process.
Requirement
- Minimum diploma degree, fresh graduate is wellcome to apply
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Service
- Active in Social Media (Instagram & Facebook)
- Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
- Data-driven with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Must be a problem solver
