1. Permit Coordinator


Job Description

  1. Permitting Coordinator will conduct and coordinate permitting activities working together with Shell’s 3rd Party (Permitting Agents).

  2. He/she also responsible to monitor the permitting process flow,

  3. Ensure the compliance of the permitting process,

  4. Develop stakeholder engagement plan

  5. And also conduct stakeholder engagement activities

Requirements




  1. Require strong administrative abilities (record all conversation, engagement, documents, meetings, notes, etc.)

  2. Strong Project Management

  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  4. Educational background: Preferably bachelor in social science or Public Health

  5. Work background: Preferably have experience working as a Government relation or working in a Government institution.

  6. Expired: December 21, 2019

2. B2C RTM/ICE Implementation Manager


Requirements


  1. Having good track record in Distributor management, Sales & Operation, Trade marketing background

  2. Having good business acumen especially in indirect channel & understand about Project Management

  3. Having experience in  network developement, Time & teritorry Management

  4. Comfortable with numbers & analysis

  5. Able to operate Microsoft Office basics (Excel, Word, Power Point).

  6. Possess a strong communication & influencing skills.

  7. Willing to do extensive travelling and field works.

  8. Willing to be relocated to outside Jakarta.

  9. Able to operate independently in various geographies

  10. Comfortable in communicating in English both verbally & written.

  11. Having good understanding in Basic Finance (ROI, P&L, CCC, Working Capital) is a must
