FINANCE ADMIN AR



Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :


Berkomunikasi dengan baik dan sopan, memastikan bahwa semua klien telah membayar tagihan sebelum jatuh tempo

Melakukan folow up atas penagihan AR yang bermasalah dan melaporkannya secara rutin (mingguan) progres penagihan dan permasalahannya dalam laporan Outstanding AR kepada Finance & Accounting Manager

Input data laporan Accounting ke dalam sistem

Memastikan semua dokumen penagihan telah lengkap dan tersimpan dengan baik dan aman


Kualifikasi :


Pendidikan minimal
D3/sederajat

Menguasai Microsoft Office (min. Word & Excel)

Pengalaman di bagian Finance AR 1 Tahun

Umur Maksimal 30 tahun

Jujur, teliti, komunikatif, berdedikasi tinggi, bertanggung Jawab,dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan target waktu dan pekerjaan

Cepat tanggap dalam mempelajari hal baru

Bisa bekerja individual maupun Team

Mahir menggunakan komputer dan mengetik 10 jari

Penempatan Di Jakarta Utara

Target bergabung untuk bekerja : Secepatnya
