Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Administrator Senior Associate-HR & Payroll Services is responsible to manage, maintain, and update external clients’ employees record to assist external clients streamline operations of their HR Department.



Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support for HR Department

Manage employee database related to new hires, leaver, leave application, and any related information

Manage social security (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) membership by registering new joiner, deactivating leaver, and update related any information

To be point of contact for inquired employee on any HR matters related



Requirements:


Minimum Bachelor degree from Human Resources from Management/Business Adminstration

Have minimum 1 year in-job related experience

Willing to be placed in external clients’ office

Have good administration and clerical skill

Have good knowledge of Social Security program in Indonesia (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)

Conversant with prevailing Labour Power law and related obligations will be an advantage

Numerical sensitive and detail minded

Skilful in using Microsoft excel program

Have good communication skill in Bahasa & English (Written & Spoken)

Able to work under pressure and under minimum supervision
