Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for system planning and design according to operation team requirement;
Independently write BRD, cooperate with R&D product manager to participate in every project that need assessment, review the system display, control the realization & implementation of any business requirements;
Familiar with business operational logic, responsible for customer service product demand research, find out what is operation team needed, and provide suggestion for system optimization;
Performed quality control to minimize and resolve daily system issues;
Monitor system project management, promote multi-department collaboration, ensure the system implement successfully;
Guide operation team to understand more about the existing system usage, and improve operational results;
Job Specification :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 4
Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): CTI, CRM, Database System Management
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Strong Communication skill.
Strong system promote skill.
Strong project management skill, coordinate various participants, promote the progress of the project, and control the progress of the project.
Good at Bahasa and English.
