Job Description :

• Maintain manpower plan in annual basis and provide recruitment


• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization


• Coordinate and support the administration


• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance


• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Persyaratan

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree of psychology/Law/Human resource management from reputable university


• Overseas graduate are welcome to apply


• Having work experience at the same field


• Prefer good written and spoken in English


• Good problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must


• Cheerful, attentive, and caring to others


• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
