- Maintain manpower plan in annual basis and provide recruitment
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Coordinate and support the administration
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Persyaratan
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree of psychology/Law/Human resource management from reputable university
- Overseas graduate are welcome to apply
- Having work experience at the same field
- Prefer good written and spoken in English
- Good problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Cheerful, attentive, and caring to others
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
